How to Copy Specific part of an image

Open an images from you computer and drug Rectangular Marquee tool which part of image you want to copy. Here, I drug on the image. 

Step-1: Press Ctrl+C and Ctrl+N.

Step-2: Press Ctrl+V

Then you can use your specific part. Like this image below:

By doing this you can copy a specific part of an image.
